- Synectics – Focused on branch automation for retail banks. It was one of the early companies to use PC technology for enhancing banking functions, provide workflow management, cross-selling and relationship management. Synectics was acquired by Logica Plc., a FTSE 250 company based in London in the year 1998 (now part of CGI - 5 th largest independent business processes and IT services provider in the world).
- Ducont – This company was focused on providing mobility solutions especially to the finance and banking, e-government and telecom sectors. It has built a very compelling brand and is the leader in providing mobile banking and payments. Its products are used by nearly 50 banks in the Middle East.Ducont was acquired by “Zylog Systems Limited”, a public listed company in India in the year of 2010.
- Tricolour Investments – Tricolour was established as a joint venture with one of the reputed banks in the UAE to bridge technology and marketplace between India and the Middle East.Tricolor was responsible for the establishment of the Middle East Business for a leading IT company in India.
- TrackIT Solutions – This funding was for an early startup in the field of RFID solutions in 2005. Regent provided initial market opportunities for the company to establish itself and be known in this domain.
- ATC Online LLP - ATC Online is focussed on digital transformation using open source technologies. It is a pioneer in providing state of the art ERP solutions for educational institutions, publishing and printing industry with applications on the web and mobile apps.
